New Year, New You: 2.0

Ride Share:
Daring Sister Linda MacLeod, and Attorney Tim Elder will be speaking on this topic. Both have experience suing these Ride Share Companies successfully.
Linda went to Small Claims Court on February 25, 2025 and recovered over $12,000 against Uber. Tim Elder, a Northern California attorney, is the President of the California Affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind and has a wealth of experience in litigating cases against Uber and Lyft.
