You don't need to be a daring sister to join!

The Daring to own your story TM Retreat both virtual and in person combine research based topics to build connection and insight while also offering experiences for further connection and sharing with the other women attending.  Research from Dr. Brene Brown, Dr. Kristen Neff and others are incorporated into the retreat.  The retreats are facilitated by licensed therapists who are blind / low vision.  Becky Andrews, LCMHC and Melissa Taussig, LCPC.

Authenticity.  Shame Resilience.  Self Compassion (tender and fierce).  Grief Language.  Wholehearted Living.  Practicing courage with our values and who we are.  Vulnerability.  Our Arenas.  Showing up for ourselves and one another.  Letting go of beliefs that don't serve us.  Embracing our wholehearted selves and who we are.
