The Daring to own your story TM Retreat both virtual and in person combine research based topics to build connection and insight while also offering experiences for further connection and sharing with the other women attending. Research from Dr. Brene Brown, Dr. Kristen Neff and others are incorporated into the retreat. The retreats are facilitated by licensed therapists who are blind / low vision.
